Teesworm is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases, we will soon arrange a reverse pickup to collect the product(s), please make sure the items are unused and all tags are intact. The reverse pickup process takes 48 working hours time (Mon to Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) from the request raised. We would request you to please be patient as the whole process will take approximately 5-7 working days depending on your area and pin code.
Once we have received the products back at our warehouse and quality check is successful, the product(s) amount will be credited back to your account in case of prepaid orders or in case of Cash on Delivery Orders, the amount shall be credited to your teesworm wallet within 48 hours time which you can use to shop on teesworm.com anytime in future. Refund of shipping charges isn’t applicable and the amount would be deducted from the product amount.
In case if we do not have a reverse pick up service in your area, you will be requested to self-ship the product you wish to exchange/return on the address mentioned above. Please check that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs. 50 will be refunded to you in teesworm wallet which you can use for future shopping.

In case our delivery partner fails to deliver the order to you after multiple attempts, they return the products to us. This typically happens if the address provided is incorrect or house is locked at the time of delivery. Once returned, we cancel the order and process the refund within 24-48 business hours.
To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must be unused with all tags and in the same condition that you received it. We may refuse returns in case the product(s) has(have) been worn, washed or soiled.
